- Loved the hot tubs outside. The staff are lovely, respectful and helpful WHAT I LOVED THE MOST WAS THE FOOD!!! Top class! The kinder Bueno desert was the best I've ever had!

- The room was average, the bathroom not clean at all. There was hairs on bath and on floor beside the bin. The noise in the hotel corridor from 7am (on a Sunday) was terrible. We didn't get much sleep between the noise of the radiator and the noise in the corridors. The pillows were very uncomfortable also. However we enjoyed our food and drinks in the restaurant and bar, couldn't fault them apart from not receiving our glass of bubbly which we handed the water a voucher for. The spa treatments were lovely and staff all friendly.
- Had a lovely and overdue girly break. The hotel was lovely and had everything we need. The staff were amazing and so helpful. Dinner and breakfast was great. Good value for money.It's just 10mins to Derry city from the hotel which was so handy. Highly recommend.

- First class service. No waiting around or waiting on our rooms. Nothing was to much bother. When we fancied afternoon tea outside ,it wasn’t a problem. Our spa treatment was at 10 ,therefore they told us that there was no rush vacating our room. So good, we booked again for September. 😬
