- My boyfriend and I had gone for a night away to celebrate his bday, I let the hotel know and when we arrived they quickly said “happy anniversary” it made us chuckle but was abit disheartening to think they didn’t leave a happy birthday note in the room, none the less, lovely reception, we arrived just after 4 and had our massage scheduled (we didn’t pick the time) and couldn’t change the time either, felt abit rushed but it was okay, we were upgraded to superior but faced a deserted construction sight, as it was for one night we didn’t really mind but main lights in the room didn’t work and bed was extremely shaky other than that it was nice to get away from our home town for a night n relax

- Staff Excellent, Polite and very helpful. Good selection of food. Bed was a little uncomfortable
- Spa brilliant Room was so small. We got the 3 course meal with breakfast. Turns out, they don’t do this. They give you a 39 voucher. This WOULDNT cover the cheapest start, main, dessert. The staff were great. I had to complain. Manager did sort something out for us but not what I wanted for my 10 year anniversary. Also, breakfast. Sausages were gone off- tasted sour.
- poor bed linen bed to big for the room wrong meal brought out so wife had to wait for replacement (manager did offer a complimentary drink) breakfast in room cold Construction works taking place on site, so car was covered in dust on departure
- The facilities are just fantastic. The room was very clean and comfortable. Shower was divine. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. However for the price the food was very disappointing dinner was bland and the breakfast whilst there was lots to choose from again I found it to be bland. Other then that my experience was great.
