    Very Good
The facial we had was fabulous and the therapist was lovely as was all the staff. The afternoon tea was also very good. The only downside was the showers in the ladies changing room were freezing and a toilet was blocked. The grounds are stunning and the buildings are beautiful. Overall a very lovely experience

Disappointing. Licence had been revoked for reasons the staff didn’t tell us. So we couldn’t have our Prosecco afternoon tea and we were not compensated. The spa is nice needs some decorating and care.

Advice to spa guests: Bring flip flops! Overall, the pool, saunas and outdoor space were lovely, but the changing rooms felt dirty, dated and more like a school changing room. The worst bit was the shower I used which wasn't draining properly and was quite revolting. I'm so glad I had flip flops! The toilets had wet tissue and paper towels about. I just felt like getting in and out as quickly as possible. Lythe need to realise that guests who come to the spa want to feel pampered, and the changing rooms are where they start and finish their experience. The changing rooms need to feel luxurious and an oasis as I've experienced in so many good spas. The changing rooms need a face lift, and the toilets and showers need even more than a facelift (especially dealing with the clogged shower drains). Other touches would help. (Ex: Some luxurious shampoos and soaps, air freshener, etc. A bit of spa ambience music.) Saying this though, the rest of the spa was lovely. So, they've got it almost all right. I was just shocked the changing rooms were in such contrast to the rest of the hotel and spa.

    Very Good
Probably the best massage I’ve ever had. Very comfortable beds for this which makes a big difference to your experience. Lovely large pool. The only thing I would have preferred was a separate jacuzzi, not integral with the pool because it needs to be warmer than the pool in my view.
