The treatment my friend and I received was one of the best. The facilities however were not ideal. The wet side was down stairs in a busy sports hotel with gym people walking about, I felt uncomfortable and there were children’s lesson on so lots of stressed parents on the lounge chairs. I did not use facilities because of this. I got changed and I went and got a coffee whilst my friend had her treatment. Lessons had finished when she came out so she used the wetside. The staff in the spa would talk over you and had a chip on their shoulders. We had not put the dressing gowns in the right place apologised, they ignored us and huffed off to sort it out?? I did mention not using the wet side as I was told it was child free between 10 and 2, the spa receptionist snapped at me, ‘it’s 12 to 2’. I was disgusted. That said the cleanliness of the place was very good. It was not ‘spa quality’.

    Very Good
Did the job - a few hours relaxation and chance to spend time with my daughter. Not a 5 star Spa but certainly value for money.

It was such a nice experience. Me being the bride, it was nice to go to this spa with my bridesmaids. Thank you Nicola for all your help. Will visit again!

    Good
The treatments by the therapists were excellent. They were kind and attentive. The treatment area was fine. However, the fact that you had to walk from floor to floor and in and out of public areas was not at all relaxing. This really detracted from the experience.
