    We were very disappointed about the organisation of the treatments on the day. We had 2 treatments booked at 10 30 and 2 at 11 30. However one of our party was left for 30 minutes then to be told her treatment wasn't until 12. Then we were told our 11 30 slots were at 1pm! We had lunch booked for then so had to rearrange for 2. We had gone for a bit of relaxation due to a family tragedy and to spend some time together. The receptionist didn't seem to know what she was doing and as I said we were not told of the change of times. As this is supposed to be a relaxing experience we found it all a bit confusing and having to rearrange our plans, not what you expect on a spa day. As you can see from the above ratings everything else was great. Very disappointed with the spa arrangements.
