- Spa was good. We were two people and both had facial and massage. One therapist was excellent the other felt like she was going through the motions which was quite disappointing.
- Absolutely fantastic spa day from start to finish. Warm welcome on arrival, talked through the whole process. You really cannot fault this place on any level. Trump Turnberry is pure opulence . From Staff,service, treatments, facilities, food, right through to cleanliness, everything is first class. - My spa treatments were amazing what a beautiful place.My afternoon tea let it down a bit there was a wedding going on and I felt it took over the area the food was not to my liking I would have liked to be given the choice of pastries etc with less luxury fillings and I had to ask for my tea after 15 mins.The ambiance of Turnberry and the views were amazing overall I enjoyed my gift..

- Accommodation was excellent. We had a great stay staff were attentive, food was great. Would return.
- My recent stay at Turnberry was phenomenal! Staff were very accommodating and were always happy to help and made sure you had everything you needed! This stay was for my boyfriend’s birthday and I had written this in the notes. Usually hotels ignore this but Turnberry made this stay extra special with a birthday card and birthday dessert! Overall the place is so dreamy and very well put together. It is more on the expensive side but so worth every penny! Will definitely be back😁
- Everything was beautiful and spotless. Everyone was lovely and friendly. My daughter and I had such a beautiful time in the health suite. I have 2 disappointments unfortunately. 1- the steam room was out of order. I did not receive notification of this as this was part of a package I purchased. 2- I’m a vegetarian and the options for vegetarian main courses were disappointing considering the other options on menu. I wouldn’t eat there again due to this fact. But on the other hand the breakfast was amazing. Other than these I would return as we both loved it. Staff 10/10.
- The hotel was more than we expected the room was immaculate and the decor was in keeping with the grandeur of the building, the food was top class and the staff were so polite and friendly.
