    The spa didn’t offer all the treatments stated in the package just gave a 30 min massage then left us sitting there wondering what to do next when I asked about afternoon tea she said well it’s not here We then left to Find the restaurant which was empty and I now know why! They didnt know who we we’re and said they didn’t have a booking... I showed them my booking receipt so the manager said just let them sit down after a load of running around they brought out a try of 4 sandwiches 2 scones and 4 tiny cakes I then told them I booked the champagne afternoon tea so they eventually bought us one small glass of champagne! I paid £400 for my mums birthday to be ruined this wasn’t the awful service and the worst afternoon tea I’ve had I do NOT recommend

    The Swedish massage we had was what we needed! Lovely, relaxing and refreshing. The staff were also so lovely and caring and really looked after us!
