- Nice afternoon tea, swim, sauna, steam , jacuzzi and an excellent back massage and facial .
- I'm movement impaired and lift was out of order. Holding on to rail was ok and lovely ladies in spa offered to help. The safety rail left hand side going up - had become loose and not safe but rail on right was firmly fixed so I switched sides. Staff in spa were fantastic. I had lady called Hannah who did a fabulous job. My daughter had a lady called Alissa, who was also good. Pool was lovely.
- What a beautiful place. The afternoon tea was delicious and our table looked over the garden. The spa was nice and quiet and the staff friendly and helpful. The therapists Hannah and Molly were very professional and made us feel relaxed. All in all a memorable experience. X
- The receptionist was rather miserable and unfriendly which was a shame. After that it got better. Nice room, we were given extra milk when we asked. The evening meal of seabass was incredibly good. Beautiful thick piece of fish cooked to perfection. Well done chef. The treatment was spot on and spa staff lovely. Loved the grounds. Overall good value for money.

- Overall, a lovely weekend vacation in a picturesque location. The spa facilities were great, while the full body massage and dry floatation were excellent. The main restaurant was very disappointing - it took more than an hour to receive our starters. Also, on three separate occasions the bill was incorrect.
- A beautiful hotel! Reception staff were excellent especially as our room was ready and we were able to check in early. Room was nice very spacious beds comfy. Evening meal was excellent restaurant staff very friendly. Breakfast was amazing! Choice was huge something for everyone! Hotel grounds are beautiful. Overall a lovely mini break highly recommend I would definitely go back.

- Tortworth is beautiful. Staff were very friendly & helpful. There was a wedding at the hotel but we weren't disturbed by it. Ate at the bistro as the main restaurant menu only had one dish that was suitable for lactose intolerance. Food was a bit overpriced but pretty standard for a hotel. Breakfast was very good.
