- The steam room wasn’t working, a toilet was out of order and our lunch took over 30 minutes to arrive
- The spa staff were professional and friendly nothing was too much trouble.
- All staff made you feel warm and welcoming and went above and beyond especially for my mum who has walking difficulties..I had a back massage and it was amazing my mum had a kneck and shoulder massage and said she had instant results from the headache and tight knots ...food was excellent even thou the menu is limited but still caters for everyone. Highly recommend 👌 5 stars from me

- Excellent customer service throughout the whole hotel
- From the moment we arrived for this 2 night SPA break, we felt that we were treated exceptionally well. The reception staff were professional, helpful and polite. The room was larger than we expected and very comfortable. The facilities in the SPA were excellent with a large swimming pool, steam room, sauna and whirlpool/ hot-tub. The food we had in the restaurant and also in the Après courtyard were of a high standard, particularly the lamb. The facial and back treatments we had in the SPA were of a high standard and the staff were also excellent. We stayed Thursday/ Friday and the pool on Saturday morning was full of children, making swimming more difficult. I have no hesitation in recommending Thorpe Park for a 2 day SPA break and we plan to return.
- Not quite what I expected! Sandwiched between a busy motorway and a retail park it was not super relaxing and ive paid similar for something more restful. That said the inside of the hotel is welcoming and the food is good ( despite our wine choice not being available- offered an alternative which actually wasnt as advertised!) our room was clean and quiet ( as away from theroad and wedding revellers). Check in wasnt great and we nearly missed out on our spa treatments , so in conclusion not for me !!
