- Spa was nice and varied. Helped there were two saunas so it wasn’t too congested. Blow dryers, towels, slippers, robe all available. Spa receptionists were very friendly always smiling so were the cafe staff. Treatments were good though a little pricey. Therapist was fantastic.
- We loved the spa, it's very well looked after and maintained. Clean and fresh in all areas. The treatment we booked in was lovely and we really enjoyed all of the facilities.
- This was bought for me as a treat. The spa was lovely and clean and very private which is nice. As I am pregnant I had to sigh an extra wavier to use the facilities but this was no problem. Lots of relaxation rooms to chose from and the hydrotherapy pool was wonderful! I would have loved a back massage but the spa do not offer pregnancy back massages so I have a mini facial instead which was delightful and very relaxing. The spa do not offer any discounts on treatments if staying at the hotel which was a little disappointing as this is what I have come across at different spas I have visited. I also thought there were a normal swimming pool so I could swim some lengths but there isn't. Overall very clean and a lovely, relaxing spa morning.

- It was my second visit to this hotel on the putt and pamper break..it is excellent value and the hotel is very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful..I havent used the spa but the wife said it was very good .I was out on the golf course which is surrounded by lakes and a very enjoyable course..will definitely do again
- The hotel room was modern and comfortable. Only down side was no body moisturiser/body lotion available. I visited this spa hotel a few years back and there was a chill lounge available in the evenings with loungers,blankets, fire place. We were informed this was no longer available as it formed part of the spa now. This was disappointing as the chill lounge was a relaxed and zen room to chill and chat. Reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Restaurant manager was very kind. No halal option but there was fish dishes available. Only recommendation would be to have a different menu for different night as I ended up eating the same dish for dinner 3 nights in a row.
- The hotel is in a fabulous location and so easy to find. We were upgraded to a junior suite on arrival which was a lovely gesture; the room was spotlessly clean and so comfortable! The restaurant food was gorgeous. The overall stay here was a delight and would certainly recommend it.
- The hotel room was lovely and great value for money. The restaurant menu in the evening was nice but had lots of surcharges for certain dishes
- Excellent for a relaxing stop over. The service was very good and the meals well presented. The staff were extremely friending.
