- Set in a quiet suburb it is easy on the eye. Most of the staff were very helpful and accommodating, our room was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately our breakfast let the experience down, after ordering poached eggs for both of us they arrived swimming in water undercooked, they were not cooked the bacon dish was empty and remained that way for 20 minutes so a bad start. The staff were friendly. I should of sent the eggs back but as the rest of the food was edible I left them, the next day I did not have the eggs, however the evening meals we both had were presented and tasted perfect. One major point the waiting time between the main course and dessert was unacceptable the waiter chose to ignore my attempts to get his attention. The spa treatment was very relaxing we enjoyed our stay.
- We had a lovely time, in a very well appointed spa. the staff were friendly and extremely helpful, and the environment was relaxing and calm. The only things that let is down were the lack of Jacuzzi and the children's swimming lessons throughout our whole period of facility access on both the Saturday and Sunday
- A wonderful day all round from the drive to the location set in picturesque Shropshire countryside through relaxation using spa facilities, treatment and a lunch made from fresh produce. The swimming pool has a uniqueness in that it has low mood lighting. The steam and sauna are ample size and at optimum temperature to obtain benefit. The shower has 3 settings and for the brave there is the ice maker. The idea being that you take handfuls of ice to rub over your body when exiting steam or sauna. Everything about this day was beyond pleasant and this was an exceptionally good offer at £51pp that included use of facilities, 25 minute treatment ( I had the leg and foot massage) and a 3 course lunch with a glass of proseco. I would go back again.

- Better communication is required overall. We were unaware of times public, and children have access to the pool area. Images and conditions of facilities' hot/cold shower experiences were over-inflated.

- Absolutely loved being here for the weekend on a spa trip. The room was well-appointed, although a bit too warm for sleeping (in April!). the food was good, but was lacking a little for the price. The staff could not help enough, and were so friendly and welcoming. We will come again!
- The steam room was out of use which is an integral part of the spa experience so this spolit our overall experience. Everything else was great
- Wonderful relaxing hotel of good quality. Food was fantastic. Restaurant staff were excellent. Room was clean, comfortable with good facilities. Would recommend a stay here and Spa treatment.
