- I'd like to start by pointing out that the staff at reception, room cleaning, the spa and in the restaurant were all lovely, the scores in this review don't reflect how they treated us. On arrival, the receptionist let us check in early and arranged a late check out so that we didn't have to check out before our spa treatment. We went to the restaurant and, although our order was taken quickly, we waited half an hour for our drinks and an hour for our food. When we went to shower in the room, the water temperature kept changing from scalding to freezing and the shower head wasn't attached to the wall properly. After bringing it up to reception, we were immediately moved to another room. In the second room, the water temperature continued to do the same. In addition, some of the bed slats were broken so that when I sat on the bed I was falling through. Not wanting to cause a fuss, we moved some of the slats and put up with the issues. Overall, we were very disappointed with the quality of the rooms considering how much we had paid.

- The hotel is in a great spot and everything is perfect except for the mattresses. We stayed in a twin room and didn’t sleep well due to the thin uncomfortable mattresses - the springs are coming through - such a shame as otherwise perfect.
- Again staff were a delight and very friendly. We was sol cold in our room ans was waiting for the hearing to be turned on. I had to ring the reception and ask for hearing. Transpired there was an air con in the room which also is used as a heater. There was a couple of awful stains on the carpet which made the carpet lool dirty/grubby. Guests using the bathroom from neighbouring guests could be heard early morning which woke us earlier than intended amd again we backed onto the carpark. Food was delicious.
