- Lovely afternoon , the new jacuzzi had opened the day before and all refurbishments completed . This is over 18 only so even though it was weekend it was not over run with children which is one of the reasons we choose it . Not too busy due to arrival allocation slots so all in all a really relaxing afternoon first class xxx
- We had a Thermal Journey and afternoon tea. Some areas of the spa were unfortunately not available, I think, due to maintenance.We thoroughly enjoyed what we tried. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Loved the afternoon tea, especially the extra pots of tea we had. Particularly enjoyed the time we had 2 hour spa, 2 hour afternoon tea - leisurely, unrushed and not hassled to move on, perfect to set us all up for a busy week ahead. Thank you.

- Had a wonderful afternoon , booked as a last minute treat for myself and a friend so didn’t have treatments but thoroughly enjoyed the spa! Followed by afternoon tea which was delicious! All the staff throughout were welcoming and friendly! Looking forward to going back for a full day or overnight to enjoy it all and more again!

- The room and bed was so comfy and the food was amazing the steak just melted in my mouth delicious.

- Room was luxurious. The food was amazing, friendly, knowledgable staff. Staff were on hand throughout to help with any query or food recommendation. It was a joy to watch such a great team working so smoothly together. Reception staff and restaurant staff very chatty and easy going. Best spa experience in the best hotel. We are coming back! Telling all our friends and family to go too. Thank you for making our stay the best. We will return soon.
