    We had a Thermal Journey and afternoon tea. Some areas of the spa were unfortunately not available, I think, due to maintenance.We thoroughly enjoyed what we tried. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Loved the afternoon tea, especially the extra pots of tea we had. Particularly enjoyed the time we had 2 hour spa, 2 hour afternoon tea - leisurely, unrushed and not hassled to move on, perfect to set us all up for a busy week ahead. Thank you.

    Our day was lovely. The outside facilities were closed due to storm Darragh. This was communicated with us in advance (on the morning of visit). We were offered a cancellation & rebooking & or 50% off our next booking. The facilities were clean, very clean and there was a lot to do during the aqua journey. The lunch menu was limited and food portions rather small but it was a lovely lunch. Service throughout was faultless (there is a service charge in the restaurant). I only docked 1 stars as there is no pool and I had been looking forward to swimming. I would go back again and again.

    Had a wonderful afternoon , booked as a last minute treat for myself and a friend so didn’t have treatments but thoroughly enjoyed the spa! Followed by afternoon tea which was delicious! All the staff throughout were welcoming and friendly! Looking forward to going back for a full day or overnight to enjoy it all and more again!
