- Brilliant day. Really enjoyed the experience. Pool is fantastic and the staff and therapists were really helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent value for money
- Spa was ok. The pool area was quite small & did not have that relaxing luxury, luxury spa feel as was quite busy too. Does have a small Pool, small sauna & steam room & jacuzzi though which we used. Female changing rooms / area was tiny so felt a bit cramped in there. The facial treatments we had were nice but room was quite cold. However, we were happy with the value for money as we didn't pay enough for luxury.
- i enjoyed my experience and the staff and treatments were great however we only went for the one day and the steam room was broken and the pool was off so was very cold which was a shame
- Great value for money. We had an amazing stay, couldn’t fault it. All the staff were lovely and facilities all very good. The hotel room was very spacious and had all the amenities you could need. We can’t wait to go again!!

- Amazing value for money. Polite hotel staff, lovely hotel, rooms were big, clean and comfy. Our evening meal was decent & breakfast was great. Location is very central but in a busy area as right opposite Merrry Hill shopping centre, so a lot of traffic.
- the hotel was brilliant and had everything we needed, only problem we had a 23pound voucher each to use at the restaurant for dinner however they were only providing the bar menu which was a bit of a shame, other than that it was very good
