    I had such a lovely time, the therapist was lovely very accommodative. She talked me through everything and i had the best first massage and the facial treatment left my skin lovely and glowing. The afternoon tea was the ultimate cherry on top. Definitely recommend this for anyone to go and treat themselves or their loved ones.

    We enjoyed our trip but there were a few issues that indivdually wouldn't matter, the therapist was t aware of the time of treatments so said we were missing out on our relaxation, this was at 10.30 when treatments were booked for 11, the treatments were good but in places felt rushed, we had a full body massage and a facial which were 50 mins and 25 kins respectively but were out before 12pm (even after starting 10.50). The relaxation room was cold as it was at the top of the stairs with a door leading out to the hot tub, the changing rooms if you are changing not in the shower cubicle and someone opens the door they could see everything, the restaurant was nice but renovations were happening right above our table and we were the only people there so plenty of tables to move us to, or move us to a different lounge area.

    Therapist was lovely! Facilities so poor. No water or refreshments in the lounge room. Shower grotty. Towels stiff. No magazines or music in lounge room. Hot tub lovely
