A lovely day. spa was clean and beautifully decorated. We did the 60 full body massage and 1 hour in the private spa. will definitely book again

Most of the staff been friendly, but we haven't been informed with clear instructions. We been waiting fir some time without any explanation, but what we understand there been some issues with the booking on theirs side. Soour treatment been moved to the end of our experience, but this we find out only after. At first we been told prepare for treatments thrn will have time for spa, once we came to requested place, after waiting for 10-15 minutes only with the robes, we been told go back to spa place and use spa first, treatments will be after. No friuts been offered as per bought package. The lack of communication is not right. I hope it was only once and it will not happen for other customers

I was greeted with a nice glass of bubbly on arrival and given a tote bag containing a gown, towel and spa essentials (lotion, shampoo, toothbrush etc). The venue was mordern, it has areas you can just relax and be on laptop, or have drink and relax pre treatment. Ofcourse there is a lovely sauna room, (which is noce and clean) and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is pretty powerful, and really blasts the water which is what u want pre massage to be honest. They have a 25m pool with chin length depth (I’m 5”4), so uou can also get some laps in. There is a gum with an abu dance of treadmills, and its all connected to chanhing rooms woth lockers and nice luxurious showers. The massage by Bernadette was INCREDIBLE! I paid for a physio massage and have been to many hamams and I can jonselty say this is the Best i have had. Upu realky are gettong good value for upur money as she really gets rid of the knots and tensions in the back. I was left feeling reborn! I had alot of back problems as I am a nurse and roll patients everyday and do alot of manual handling. My back 2 days later feels so much relief from aches and tension, and I also feel less tired in the morning trying to crawl out of bed. The whole experience was so amazing, and the staff are really kind and welcoming. My husband booked this as a valentines present last year, and it is not the sort of thing i would buy for myself normally, but I am glad he did. I have booked myself another appintment for massgae and will continue to do so on a regular basis. I wish i knew about this olave sooner!

Good value for money with the packages. But the establishment needs to decide if it’s a gym or a spa. The pool is small, which is fine, but there’s not much room for people attempting to have a relaxed swim whilst others are attempting a vigorous fitness swim. The robes are soft and comfy but they’re not the right material for the environment. They tend to stay wet and cold. We didn’t know we were having the treatments in the same room together. We thought we’d have individual treatment rooms. There was a mix up about what we were having. It was ok overall. Glad we didn’t pay a lot for it.
