    Very Good
We received confirmation of our spa massage by email but when we went to book in the time was different, this meant we had to change the time of afternoon tea. It was all sorted in the end and the massage was excellent. Not a very large spa and seemed very busy at weekends.

    Excellent
My friend and I had a lovely stay at this spa hotel. The room was spotless and had the added bonus of a balcony and sea view. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We both found our spa treatment (Changing Tides) with Laura to be the best treatment we've ever experienced on a spa weekend, and would thoroughly recommend. Thank you and we hope to visit again.

The staff here are lovely - welcoming and friendly. It’s not the biggest spa and unfortunately the steam room wasn’t working during our stay, however the massage was top notch.
