- We received confirmation of our spa massage by email but when we went to book in the time was different, this meant we had to change the time of afternoon tea. It was all sorted in the end and the massage was excellent. Not a very large spa and seemed very busy at weekends.

- My friend and I had a lovely stay at this spa hotel. The room was spotless and had the added bonus of a balcony and sea view. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We both found our spa treatment (Changing Tides) with Laura to be the best treatment we've ever experienced on a spa weekend, and would thoroughly recommend. Thank you and we hope to visit again.

- Short spa break with a friend, large comfortable room with sea view, breakfast was tasty and served quickly, lovely choice of fresh fruit. Dinner was perfect as was afternoon tea. The only issue was a charge put on drinks ordered at dinner which was strange.

- My daughter and I stayed here for her surprise 21st birthday in January 2025. What an amazing break it was, from the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble for their friendly and welcoming staff. They made us feel welcome and added little touches for my daughter. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and food will definitely visit again. Highly recommended. Hannah
- The hotel is nicely refurbished with plenty of parking. The location is right beside the beach and is peaceful. The staff were very welcoming and kind. We had an issue with our room and they immediately found us another. We are excited to return in the future.
