    My daughter & I had a fabulous stay at The Relais. Friendly helpful staff, a fantastic massage and delicious food! I will definitely be returning! The only disappointment was that there was no pool, however the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were wonderful!

    The staff here are lovely - welcoming and friendly. It’s not the biggest spa and unfortunately the steam room wasn’t working during our stay, however the massage was top notch.

    I came to visit the spa with my friend (mother in law) as a Christmas treat 🤩 We e had the tea time and me time package with facial and massages the treatments were fabulous, the facilities are small but snazzy and beautifully kept and with the way they manage the bookings it was not crowded. The cream tea was delicious with lovely views out over the beach 🏖️ It was a wonderful afternoon and I had the best nights sleep that night! I have no complaints and I shall return soon as i am able 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 💜👩‍🎤✨

    I treated my mum to the Morning Dip package for her 70th. The treatments (Changing Tides massage and mini facial) were wonderful, with beautifully scented products. The lunch was also lovely - delicious and filling. The only disappointment was the spa facilities, which were incredibly busy on the morning we visited. The spa is very small and with 15 people in there it felt overbooked. There are only four loungers, and at all times other spa users had laid their towels over at least two of them, effectively meaning no one else could use them. I felt like this could have been managed better by the staff. There wasn't enough space to hang towels and robes, so these were piled up together on two coatstands, and on the loungers. The other disappointment was the sauna, which we were told was set around 40 degrees as "it's better for you", but it was actually chilly and pointless. We were told the steam room used aromatherapy oils but this wasn't apparent at all. Generally I think the spa is nice if you're a hotel guest, but I wouldn't make a special visit to use it again. The treatments are worth making a return visit for though!
