    Great price when booking for the afternoon use of facilities and lunch with a dessert. Got there early, check in staff were lovely. Got pointed upstairs to organise what time our food would be ready etc. after waiting 30 mins after scheduled time it was due, the food came out wrong. Upon telling staff the food was wrong, the brought THE SAME food back but had removed the toppings I had taken off from the side of the plate. Staff member looked annoyed, no apology given or alternative offered. Left the dessert as we were disappointed with the initial lunch. Then my best friend found a hair in her wrap. Staff member really rude and ruined the days vibe tbh. Extremely disappointed. Facilities were great, staff at reception desk was nice and helpful. Had it not been for the rude staff and food, the day would have been great. Unfortunately this ruined the days moral.

    Wonderful sister spa afternoon -everyone working there was polite and friendly. We hadn’t done a spa day before but they made us feel comfortable and took time to show us around. The facilities were amazing - especially the steam room. Nice lunch and they accommodated coeliac/GF. I hope to be able to return!

    A lovely relaxing day, we really enjoyed the whole experience. The location was great, the treatments were of an excellent quality and lunch was enjoyable.
