    Very Good
Good experience, disappointed with how small some of the facilities were and cold swimming pool. Treatment was okay, very noisy and less time than what was purchased.

    Good
Very clean and lovely. But when you're there for a day, where do you lied down with your book and relax? 6 loungers by the pool, 15-20 people. Towels left on loungers "to reserve" whilst going for lunch, treatments or using other facilities. No reserving allowed according to staff...but they won't intervene. Up to guests to try to sort-so, no, sorry, that is not relaxing. Me and my partner shared a lounger towards the end...noted that two other gusts managed to keep a lounger for the whole afternoon. Not a good system. Communication with spa by e-mail not answered. Menu not sent through having to chase, left messages for callback. Not responded to. Better automation of booking would be better.

    Good
I have visited previously and had no issues however, on arrival of this visit there were no staff members on the spa reception. After waiting 5 minutes we went to the treatment reception and waited behind other visitors at the desk. We were not acknowledged by another staff member and eventually we were seen. We were asked to fill in forms and were left waiting around 10 minutes after completing them before a member of staff was visible. It's a good job we arrived 30 minutes before our treatment! We were finally asked for booking name and our booking could not be found on the system so waited for the manager who eventually found us. Treatments had were full body massage, no complaints about this! Only complaints about the cold temperature of the room which was mentioned before hand but did not feel like it got any warmer! After this we were shown to the relaxation room and after a few minutes the fire alarm rang! Thankfully this was a false alarm however did not add to the supposedly relaxing day we should have Had! We used the pool which was lovely. When we were ready for our lunch we were 'escorted' to the dory lounge which allows you to eat in your robe, however the staff member did not point this out clearly until we sat down in our done in the reception area as we thought this is what she meant! She then informed us where the lounge was and we waited again! After around 5 minutes we were served and the food was delicious! It's a shame the rest of the day was not the relaxing experience I expected and paid for on my birthday!
