    Spa treatments for myself were amazing Back massage from Ruby was exceptional & a facial from Lucy was the most relaxing thing ever both ladies were amazing. My partners back massage wasn’t good he said no pressure was applied and a roller was used for his back instead of hands which left him abit disappointed. We couldn’t relax around the pool during our stay as there is a lacking amount of loungers we had to sit on hard metal garden chairs which we sat on for 10 mins and left the pool was dirty around the sides and the jacuzzi water looked grey and dirty. So we couldn’t use the facilities during the stay which is really disappointing

    The afternoon tea and dining area were great. The lights around the pool flashed constantly but only after we sat in reception because I felt a migraine coming on we're the lights turned off. The facial was fine as was my husband's massage but both onlu lasted 20mins. Overall not worth the money.

    Had a lovely spa day - showers and changing rooms were a little tired, but the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Ruby did my treatments and she was very professional and friendly. Overall a very relaxing day.
