- The facilities are nice at the spa, but the jacuzzi isn’t hot enough, and the gym is too hot, and there is mould on the windows. They don’t provide you with flip flops or slippers. They only give you one, thin small towel to use for the day. The massage I had was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. The therapist clearly didn’t know what she was doing and had no good technique at all. The bed wasn’t even very comfortable. Her movements were actually chaffing my skin, and not achieving any desired results. Her phone went off a few times, she burped and sneezed. She was putting my arms in uncomfortable positions and couldn’t even move the towels in a relaxing way. She didn’t tell me when she was going to do things, like put an eye mask over my face, she just threw it down on me. I was just wanting the experience to be over and was just enduring it the whole time. It was a very uncomfortable, awkward, disappointing and stressful experience. There isn’t enough room by the pool for everyone to sit and relax, and it is overrun by screaming and splashing kids, dive bombing into the pool. I would not recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing and zen spa day.

- Nice spa but treatment was disappointing. The therapist was coughing lots throughout the treatment and had to stop twice to recover. This spoilt the relaxation I had paid for.
- I was impressed with the Spa experience overall and I should like to return. We particularly loved sitting around the outdoor pool and having dinner as part of the package in the South Beach restaurant. The only criticisms were the jacuzzi could have been warmer and the Spa Receptionist was a little unfriendly.

- We got a complimentary upgrade which was just amazing and made a birthday weekend VERY special! We fell in love with the place and were very sad to leave. We did find The breakfast service was poor, orders forgotten and we were overlooked but the buffet food was really nice. We can’t wait to go back!
