- What a wonderful way to spend a Wednesday afternoon at this immaculate spa in central London. Booked through Spabreaks the Midweek Massage package had 20% off so was really good value, and the lovely Mariam at the May Fair spa was so good at arranging times and treatments and making my daughters birthday extra special. Highly recommend.

- Very unhappy with the lack quality and professionalism provided during are stay which ruined what I had hoped to be a very birthday celebration for me and my fiancé. The shower in our room was broken (Blocked) sending a large quantity of water in to the living area/bedroom getting our bags and suitcases wet and forcing my partner on her birthday to get out of the shower. By the time the maintance attended my partner had been waiting for over 20 minutes cold wet and with soap still in her hair. By the time he left my partner continued her shower and I had showered we were late for on dinner appointment. We were promised that this would be cleaned while we went for dinner but nothing had change by time we returned over an hour later and so the room remained like it was. It addition to this I had arranged for a card, cake and Champagne to be delivered to the room at 7:30pm it did not arrive, I called down and it did not arrive as planned we were very disappointed as I want this to arrive before we went to dinner. I went down stairs on out way to dinner and told them the my surprise had not arrived and they reassured me that they would have it in place by the time we returned. When I arrived back in the room the champagne was there but no card or cake and both of my laptops looked as though they have been thrown without care on to the bed. I called down again and about the cake and my card and nobody seemed to know what I was talking about. I was informed that staff had left and they were struggle but would find someone to bring this to me. 30 minutes late it arrived. This has ruined my our night and stay we had planned to go out but instead stayed in as we had found it all to tiring.
