I would not class this as a spa as it is treatments only. I had a full body massage which was really nice. The treatment rooms are lovely and very relaxing, however the rest of the facilities are very disappointing. The ‘relaxation room’ is two single beds with plastic covers on them and some pillows and blankets. They have a net/organza curtain around them. They are in a small area off the corridor. Within this space are two rooms with sliding doors - I think there is a floatation tank in one of them. There is also a somadome pod next to the beds. I had a session in this but it was far from relaxing. People were up and down the corridor and in and out of the rooms. Whilst we were there, a member of staff was showing a new member of staff around and they’re loud and giggling as they were trying out the pod! It was a real shame as it completely undid all the relaxation benefit from my treatment. Needless to say, we left straight away. The full cost I paid was £136. I have had much better deals in other spas and hotels with proper facilities. A real disappointment and I’m gutted I wasted my voucher gift on this facility.

The facilities are lovely. The girl who did my treatment Laura, I think her name was, was very good. I had an express facial and neck, shoulder and back massage.I would recommend a visit

    Very Good
Spa is lovely but only has treatment rooms no pool etc..but we did know this in advance. We had out first ever Flotation tank experience which was definitely a different experience. What I did feel let us down was we were not told about the head rest/supports so I am still now suffering with water in my ear , the lady who took us into the room should have let us know about these we only saw them by chance after we got out of the tank. Other than that the place and staff are lovely and would go again and try a different experience.

    Excellent
Me and my wife absolutely loved our time at the RE:TREAT Spa. From arrival we felt welcomed and the customer service from reception was spot on. Once we changed into our robes and slippers we had the option to stay at the bar or go to the relaxation room. The Bar area was great and we both chilled and had a nice cocktail each. We then went to the relaxation room, which was also great. My only criticism is the relaxation room is a bit small. It only takes another 2 couples to come in and it feels over crowded, we both preferred to stay in the bar area as we felt it was more spacious and private. The treatments we had were absolutely amazing. We came out feeling so relaxed. Legs like jelly, it was almost effort walking back into town haha. Definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back!
