    Good facilities but overpriced for what it was. Massage was amazing (Jo) but I wouldn't have paid the standalone price of £190.

    Wonderful day …. Ronnie my therapist was the consummate professional. Not easy to access all facilities if one is disabled . The bear room jaccuzi was unattainable with metal ladder to access. Pool area was perfect tranquil spotlessly clean. Pool staff vigilant and maintaining discreet observation. Changing rooms high quality . Lunch was a disappointment. Limited menu only cold food on a Winters day, even the soup! Not everyone is on a diet or calorie counting. Over all, save for lunch , value for a special day.

    The Spa facilities could be better for the price you pay, might as well say we offer a swimming pool with side Jacuzzi. No heated thermal pool, and steam room only fits 6 and is tiny The sauna's are not shared and are located in changing room. Apart from the above the staff are all lovely and the treatments are great. Shame as they could offer a lot more...

    The lunch options in the spa could have been better but the spa treatments my partner and I received were excellent. The service levels were fantastic and we both had a really relaxing and charming stay.
