    Sofie Bonwick had been amazing making sure we had a good deal on the treatment we’ve chosen to have. The staff at the grand had been attentive to our needs and making sure we have everything we need and friendly. Had the best relaxing massage ever. Thank you we will definitely come back next time

    The spa is looking a bit worn. I understand renovations are due according to staff so when these are complete it will improve the overall experience. It was extremely busy in the pool/steam room and it did mean waiting and not being able to swim lengths at times which was a shame as I’ve been when it’s quieter and it was a nicer experience. The treatments were extremely good and staff very professional and friendly.

    I did miss enjoying a sauna but the steam room with peppermint aroma was fantastic! The Jacuzzi was less powerful than I am used to. My therapists were great especially Beatrice

    The hotel is amazing, staff very attentive, rooms are gorgeous. The Spa itself looked very tired and rooms in need of updating. The therapist were lovely, just not the best massage I have had for the cost
