We decided to go for our anniversary on a Wednesday and at the check in we were 25minutes in advance (I received an email suggesting to be there half an hour earlier) and the receptionist guy pointed out that we shouldn't have been there earlier than 15 minutes, not the best welcoming. The facility is nice, however quite small and nothing special, expecially if you pay 60£ per person, for the afternoon only (glass of prosecco each, included). We have started our spa experience at 1 o clock and it was a good timing, was fairly busy but a lot of people left for lunch I think, so at one point we had most of the area for us. I liked the jacuzzi and the hot/cold showers with different water jets, steam room and sauna pretty good too. The main pool was a bit cold for me. Relaxation area is quite small and I suggest to organise another water station, maybe on the opposite side of the one that is in the room. After 3pm relax was over, a lot of kids joined the area and the spa became a loud kids family pool. Also the staff use the fire doors a lot to go in and out and it's very noisy. It doesn't go well if you look for a relaxing spa time. Bathrooms are nice, quite small for the busy times, only 2 showers and in my case I had to wait for my turn. The bar where we had a drink was nice. The voucher was for 3hours only, but we have been told that we could have stayed up to 4, anyway i belive that aren't very restricted with the time. 3 or 4 hours are enough time to enjoy the spa. Not a bad experience overall, but nothing special and definitely overpriced.
