    Booked the weekday spa day experience, fantastic customer service, we felt really welcomed upon arrival and everything was explained well. The spa had a lovely thermal pool, sauna and steam room for relaxation. Myself and my partner both booked the 30 minute back massage and felt like completely new people walking out of them! Could not ask for anything more! Hopefully we will visit again in the near future

    The spa consists of a pool with water jets, a big steam room and a sauna, plus treatment rooms. The sauna was being mended on my visit so I couldn't use it, which I wasn’t told about. I felt the place lacked character and there were no views out to the lake. I was a little disappointed in it.
