    Very Good
Cream tea was good and plenty of food - very filling. We then went to the spa facilities, which were okay. We found the pool and the jacuzzi area to be quite cold which was disappointing. It was also quite small and as it was so busy we sometimes felt we were getting in the way. The facials we had were brilliant, the therapists took the time to find out what we wanted and what our skin concerns were, and fully explained the facial we would be having.

This was a perfect day, from the facilities to the staff to the treatment and the food. Would visit again.

Lovely relaxing day. Treatment was pure bliss. Afternoon tea was wonderfully presented and very tasty. The savoury element of fish and chips was a very nice touch.

    Excellent
Myself and my friend came for the deluxe afternoon spa day, we were greeted and given out towel/dressing gown and flip flops; as we were on a spa package we had a complimentary glass of fizz to enjoy by the pool. The weather was lovely so we got to enjoy the outside seating area before heading over to our afternoon tea which I must say was one of the most delicious I’ve had for a spa afternoon with a lot of options and they couldn’t be more accommodating with food allergies and intolerance's. We then headed back over to the spa the facilities are okay but not much seating to use if you wanted to sit inside, the jacuzzi is colder than a traditional hot tub so bear that in mind, the sauna and steam room were good. The treatment I went for was the mindful moment and my therapist was very kind and friendly and she had a great pressure too! My friend went for the Back neck and shoulders and enjoyed that too! We then got to enjoy the relax room before heading back to the spa changing rooms, they had shampoo, conditioner and body wash which is always handy especially if you forget yours; in addition they had hair bands and cotton pads, with hairdryers and a pair of hair straighteners. We throughly enjoyed our day and experience and will visit again!
