    Very Good
Had a really good spa day at Cambridge Belfry. Jodie gave me one of the best treatments I’ve ever had at a spa, which really helped with problem areas in my back and made me feel refreshed. The food was nice - a little more choice would have been good but the portions were generous and it all arrived very quickly. My only issue was that the changing area and spa/sauna/pool area were quite small. I frequently had to wait to access my locker because there wasn’t enough space for everyone. The sauna can comfortably fit about 4 people and there were maybe 25-30 people using the spa that day so it was frequently too full to use. There is also only one private changing room. But otherwise I had a great day and would definitely return again.

The treatments and food were amazing! This part of the experience was fantastic and I couldn’t find much fault (the food in particular). However, the jacuzzi had no bubbles, the pool was freezing, the sauna has room for 3 people (never even got to go in) and it’s absolutely filthy. This would stop me going again. While I enjoyed the massage and facial, I couldn’t really relax and the massage therapist kept talking about her life the entire time. But she was so lovely I didn’t want to say anything and make it awkward. I would suggest asking the person if they’d like a silent treatment to improve the experience as I was looking forward to quiet.

Spa treatments were great - deep tissue back, shoulder and head massage (50m) was very good and we had the treatments together in couples room. Had facial treatment too - very refreshing. Staff were lovely and made feel comfortable and treatment rooms relaxed environment.
