- Such a great spa with loads of facilities to use.
- The whirlpool outside wasn't working and there were not enough loungers. Also steam room with aroma did not seem to have any aroma. Salt room needed to be paid for extra to spa which is not usual in other spas, but overall enjoyable.
- I felt we were rushed a little. Breakfast was late and meant to be served at 10am and treatment at 10.30am. Unfortunately breakfast arrived at 10.20am and it was a real rush to eat and then lie down for a treatment. Facilities were lovely but steam room and Aromatherapy room was working.
- I had a really lovely afternoon with my two daughters. Exceptionally clean. Very relaxing, tranquil atmosphere. All the staff were professional, welcoming and very helpful. Loved the ready supply of towels.
- The spa is absolutely beautiful and the facilities are great, also very well maintained. Brunch in the spa cafe was perfect! We chose a morning experience and it was very peaceful, not over-crowded at all!

- Gorgeous hotel room, clean and comfy
- It was a really lovely stay. I can't fault the staff or the hotel.
- Beautiful room, and nice relaxed atmosphere in the hotel. Enjoyed our three course meal from the market menu it was Delicious! All the staff were friendly and helpfull, would definitely like to stay again!
- The hotel was beautiful and the staff exceptionally helpful. The only thing about the room that let our stay down was that we booked a twin and it was a double which for friends, meant that our sleep wasn't as good as it could have been. The evening meal was flexible, having the credit for the spa deal and then being able to order a la carte which was really good. The quality of food was good but not exceptional. That said, the breakfast was very good.
