    Good
The treatment was the best part. The jacuzzi was dirty needed to be cleaned and the afternoon tea wasn’t great we had to actually ask for a tea to go with it and quality poor

My partner had been told that this was suitable for pregnant women prior to booking however they don't have a therapist that specialises in pregnancy and everything is heat related so all I could have was a foot massage and use the foot spa. When I went down to the spa to request our robes I thought I would tell them I was pregnant ahead of our treatments so they could prepare for me, instead I was told to go home and book for another day because there is nothing I could use there...I just laughed and said wouldn't be doing that as I was staying overnight. This was a Christmas present from my partner for me and he was so upset that this spa had nothing I could use.

Unfortunately we arrived late as WE couldn't find The Bridge Inn I rang reception to apologise we'd be late and a lovely lady gave us directions. Then we were given half an hour back so we would still have the three hours allocated for the visit which we really appreciated and very grateful for. The facilities we thought needed to be a little bigger for the amount of people there. The snooze lounge needed flavoured waters eg cucumber, lemon and perhaps mint and wasn't very tidy. The outside sauna wasn't working neither was the steam room but was rectified. This tells me they need more staff so it's always on form. Overall though this place is value for money. I think it would benefit from having a pool in the hotel as I'm sure would be appreciated.
