Family FriendlyThe hotel has family rooms and children are welcome to use the main 12 metre heated pool on the ground floor, they also have regular swimming lessons which can be booked direct with the hotel in advance. The Spa is adults only for those 18+.

There are over 250 restaurants in Bournemouth ranging from gourmet to fish and chips as well as a multitude of bars, pubs and nightclubs … that should be enough to be getting on with!

Accessible SpaThe hotel has a beauty room located on the ground floor for accessible use, as well as the main 12 metre pool where there are changing facilities there as well. The main spa is located underground with fifteen steps.

- A very decent spa, helpful staff, close to beach and Bournemouth facilities, eg excellent japanese restaurant nearby
- A lovely relaxing massage and a really nice afternoon at the Spa,a lovely midweek treat

- Helpful staff, impeccably clean, very decent hotel
- As we upgraded to a deluxe double there was No fridge in the room, which they give you a bottle of water. Plus the large shower kept flooding which we had to tell the hotel staff about
- The staff were friendly and helpful at all times, our room was clean and tidy..dinner and breakfast were very enjoyable. Overall a very pleasant time.
- We were looked after well. Beds very comfortable and although the hotel is a little tired the staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa treatment was the best I'd ever had, fantastic massage. Overall experience very good.
- Hotel only a few minutes walk from the beach. Lovely helpful staff, rooms a little tired, but quiet with very comfortable beds and I believe they are intending to refurbish them. Lobby, bar and restaurant areas really lovely and the food was delicious. Went with friends on a spa break and will definitely go again.
