    Excellent
Really lovely spa day. The 110 mins of treatment time being a real highlight and the therapist was fabulous. The facilities are really lovely and the food was great. My only niggle would be that some of the thermal suite could have been hotter.

    Very Good
A really nice Spa in a perfect location. Upon arrival, we were met by the reception staff who were very friendly and welcoming. Tea upon arrival was lovely and the facilities looked amazing. We then proceeded to the Changing rooms which were very well kept and then onto the Treatment area. The treatments were fantastic, I have the Hot Stone Massage and Facial, both very relaxing. Would definately recommend. We then went down into the Spa area and out onto the Natural pool area, again, very well kept. Would recommend a dip in the natural pool, very refreshing! We did try to call service a number of times using the buzzers provided however, after some time I had to go to reception as no-one came. Food and drinks were lovely. Unfortunately The Jacuzzi was not full or operational when we looked to go into it which was a bit disappointing, also the steam rooms were out of order, which we were informed about upon arrival. Overall however, a very nice and relaxing day. Would recommend.

    Good
The lady's doing the spa treatments were very nice. We were supposed to have champagne in a hot tub and this didn't happen. The massages were very good, however, the manicure treatments were very poor and rushed. Facilities were quite basic for the cost.

    Very Good
An excellent well kept facility; all you could need from a Spa experience. Very welcoming staff. Lunch included in deal was average - a bit disappointing. Well prepared but not enticing. However, I would book again.
