I had a shoulder, neck and scalp massage booked to 25 minutes. I was greeted at 12:30 and taken to the room, I then had to wait for the therapist, which is normal, but during my treatment she did not really touch my scalp, so that aspect was missing and she stopped touching me but left me lay with something covering my eyes while she cleaned up and moved things, she then said time was up and left. I walked out of the room at 12:53, wo not the full 25 minutes for the treatment and not worth it.I actually left feeling more stiff and less relaxed. The food was good but the lack of staff meant we didn't get to have hot drinks as thw waitor never came back, even when he said he would. We had to get up and pay at the bar, where he did apologise but by then it was 2pm and we wanted to go back to the pool. We did think there was a hot tub or some sort of jacuzzi, but sadly there wasn't. The pool was nice though and we did enjoy the steam room and the sauna. I just feel like the price wasn't really worth it when you can pay about the same for better quality and time at the Bannatyne not too far away. We actually drove passed it on the way home.

    Good
I was disappointed with my whole experience, the Spa was run unprofessionally and was left in the dark about the process and not provided with gowns or welcomed on arrival. The massage treatment itself was nice, but would not return again. It was just very unorganised and chaotic, needs some attention to detail and better customer care
