    The spa is very outdated. The pool was small as was the jacuzzi, the loungers were all squashed together so there wasn't much space between you and the other guests enjoying the spa, the womens changing rooms were small and only 2 private cubicals. The spa treatment i received wasn't worth the money and wasn't 55 mins long, the facial was OK, the body massage wasn't great..I didn't come out of there feeling relaxed. Afternoon tea wasn't great either, came out later then expected and our welcome drinks was still on our table from when we arrived 3 hours previous.

    The staff at the spa were wonderful. Very caring and helpful. The facilities were just OK. This was due to the clientele. Some of the other guests were obnoxious and selfish. It got swamped as well, with guests hogging the jacuzzi for nearly an hour, having loud conversations. Like I said, the staff were great, though.

    Lovely staff Environment is very outdated Food was terrible, can really work on the presentation to make it appetising. I was served 3 large slices of dry chicken with thrown in lettuce and a blup of mayonnaise on a plate and it was called Caesar salad.

    Loved this spa, but just one thing missing- a quiet room. It was quite noisy with people’s talking and chatter, there was a loud group of ladies who just couldn’t talk quietly and so spoilt the ambiance of the spa. I moved several times to try and read in peace and wherever I went there was noise. Need to allow for people that want quiet

    What an amazing day! The staff were friendly and really helpful nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were clean and well run with beds reserved and plenty of towels. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely to use all day. The massage was the best I have ever had, so relaxing. The food was fabulous we had the ploughman’s lunch, well presented and tasty.
