Everything at Stocks Hall Spa is state of the art. From the gym to the spa treatments, the purpose designed and built space is brand new and has a sense of luxury to it, but without being imposing.     Very Good
    First time have a spa day experience and it’s was definitely a good experience. I would recommend Stock Halls spa to anyone as it’s was good value for money. Would come again.

    The Spa was lovely overall and would return. Some feedback to improve: - On arrival, after welcome drink & danish, I had no idea what to do / where to go next. I had to ask the receptionist what I should be doing, and was then taken to the spa. This felt a bit awkward, and would have preferred clear direction / instructions on arrival. For the rasul, I had to remind them that it was time, and it took some time getting it setup. it was not the most warm setting, and could do with a deep clean as grout was dirty, and didn't feel as luxurious as it could of. There was also no option to turn the steam off / showers on and was pre-set. That felt a bit dangerous. The full body was great, but I was not asked on the pressure I prefer. I was asked where I would like the focus / pain points to be looked at. Overall, the food was great, therapists were great, sauna, steam room, outdoor jacuzzi and pools were all well maintained and very enjoyable. Will return again, now that I know what to expect and not a 'newbie' at the spa.

    A lovely chilled place, good facilities, and while not up there with some of the larger spas and names that people know, certainly a lovely place to spend a day. My only criticism would be there needs to be a water fountain in the pool area
