- Excellent and very clean and spacious facilities! The staff were amazingly friendly and welcoming on arrival! Would have given 5 stars except the pool water was a bit too cold for me, including the hydrotherapy, other than that we will be back (perhaps when the weather is a little warmer) ☺️
- My friend and I had a fabulous afternoon here. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The facilities are great, plenty of space to loll about around the pool and relax. We got a bit peckish mid-afternoon and found there was no cakey option. Made do with a sandwich in the very nice restaurant. Will definitely visit again.

- Underwhelming! For a supposedly luxury hotel I thought it decidedly dull. The facilities were alright but lacked imagination. The pool water was decidedly cold. The saunas were very small. I did not have any treatments, very much put off by the prices. If I hadn't had the company of my wonderful daughters it would have been a miserable experience.
- We had a fantastic day, there is 2 things that we feel would off been useful. 1, knowing that we could have free hot drinks, and a snack. We did have these and they were amazing however at the end off our day we want to settle the bill and was informed at that point they were include in our package, would off been useful to know from the start! 2, even though I stated my server peanut allergy which is air Bourne, our meal still came out with products containing nuts (almonds) which am not air Bourne to but even I had ate it I would off reacted to it, so please be careful on nut products!! 3, We want for lunch leaving our belongings were we had placed our self's for the day, on our return from lunch others were sat by our belongings and when we spoke them, they said reception moved our towels yet there was other seating available for them to seat?! Maybe a reserved sign so that when you do go for lunch it can be placed on seating area!! I did say at the start 2 things but it ended up being 3 sorry. However thank you for an amazing day and we are looking at coming back 😉😊

- I loved everything about this hotel.
- The room was a good size and had plenty of amenities - for example hairdryer and straighteners. Good toiletries in the bathroom. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The restaurant was good and the breakfast offerings plentiful.
- The hotel staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The room was excellent with little personal touches.
- The food, facilities and staff were great here, but we paid quite a lot of money for a very small room, with a small double bed, no bath and the view of a building site as work was being carried out on the spa building. Probably wouldn’t stay here again because of that which was a shame as everything else was great. Also not a big fan of the ‘discretionary’ service charge they put on everything - it’s embarrassing to ask to have it taken off so you feel pressured into paying it.
