- I had a really lovely facial, it was thorough and easily lasted the 25 minutes!
- Weve been to better spa areas. Both swimming pools seem to be used a lot for classes. Massages were very poor. Only 20 minutes long! Weve never had such short treatments, nor did we think she was very good. We won't be staying again.
- Spa facilities and staff helpfulness was above expectations, we were given a tour of the Spa area and were informed about meal times and shown the restaurant area which should have been imparted by the receptionist but wasn't.

- Great swimming pools and sauna steam room. The three course dinners were excellent, enjoyed being able to order a la carte even though on a package.
- The reception member of staff didn't smile & was not particularly welcoming at all. The toilet flush kept sticking in & we had to manually keep pulling it out. Extractor fan wasn't working. Very noisy floorboards. Dinner was served in the bar area, not a very good ambience for 4 star.
- Dirty mattress toppers with bodily fluid stains on both beds, breakfast consisted of cheap catering food poorly cooked. Spa staff very helpful and friendly and facilities above expectations in the Health spa area. Reception book in was poor with no information from the receptionist about meal times for evening or breakfast or directions to the restaurant.
