    Very relaxing - apart from the gentleman using his mobile in gym for work related calls! Therapists and treatments excellent. Sunshine on the terrace an added bonus 😃

    Excellent spa, really relaxing and clean. The treatments were lovely, especially the back massage. The therapist clearly knows what she's doing. Staff all very friendly and approachable. Would be nice to have hot drinks available and some food/snacks in the spa area, as you need to walk to the bar quite far away and food isn't served until 12 Will return for another spa day as nicest in Cornwall

    My friend and I were staying in bude for a week and were desperate for a spa day. Although it was a two hour drive from where we were staying it was so worth it. We spent the morning around St Ives, went to Tate and the town and then had the afternoon at the spa. The pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were all really nice and clean and well looked after. Towels, robes and slippers were provided and of good quality. Becca was my therapist who was lovely and chatty. I had the neck, back and shoulder massage followed by a temple spa facial and scalp massage. It was so relaxing and the products used were really good quality. I use temple spa at home so it was nice to have some different products of theirs used to try too. The staff at the bar were also lovely and friendly and the view (despite it being cloudy) was so relaxing. All in all a very calming, just what we needed afternoon. Thank you!
