    Poor
Treatments was great but state of hotel is shocking. How can be 5* mold in swimming pool brocken showers. Food was horrible.

    Good
Spa is okay, second time we’ve been here. I would avoid going in the mornings, both times the pool/spa area has children from the guests that are staying at hotel, which isn’t the most relaxing environment. If it’s a cold or wet day, you can’t go outside, which means there are 5-6 beds available, which means if they are all taken which is highly likely, you have to stand around, or go into the pool and wait for someone to leave. Also there is a constant flow of gym members using the facilities too, which makes it feel like a health club pool and sauna rather than an actual spa. Nice but after two visits in past 6 months we wouldn’t go back.

    Very Good
We were delighted with our stay at the Harbour Spa. The facilities were excellent clean and up to date. It was exceedingly busy later in the afternoon however and we did offer our lounger bed from the pool area to a pregnant lady who was unable to sit.

    Good
There was main pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Not enough beds by the pool unfortunately. It was good that we chose a time when it wasn’t busy but went away when it started to get cramped with people. The showers by the pool and saunas got clogged drain (all of them) so the whole area started pooling and it wasn’t appalling I must admit. The lady also started cleaning the floors with a very noisy brush when it wasn’t too busy and people were trying to relax and nod off on the beds by the pool. Maybe choose a different time to avoid making noise. And to add - my 45min massage was done by a lady who was on her phone and massaging me with only one hand at the time, losing focus, doing one movement for a long time due to being on her phone. I honestly was too stunned to say something because I wasn’t sure what’s happening but then mid-massage the phone went off right next to me as she placed it on the massaging bed…. Honestly I regret spending so much money (I paid for my +1) on this place to be this disappointed…

    Very Good
Trip was amazing. We had the mud spa treatment but unfortunately did not have it explained properly. Therefore it did not run as it was meant to and we did not receive the full treatment. We were told we would be able to come again for free but have not heard from them
