    It was too busy in the pool - swimmers were not using the Limited space in a way to enable others joining to enjoy this facility. Not enough loungers or seats to relax whilst waiting for pool to clear. Jacuzzi became busy - although we waited for it to empty, 4 more people joined us seconds after we joined it. Would not look to revisit based on this experience as was busier thsn an open public swimming pool arrangement and not what I would expect from a relaxing spa experience afternoon.

    Lovely clean spa, staff very helpful and friendly. Didn't like the food on the menu as I'm a very plain girl but my friend ate it and said it was amazing it did look picture perfect too. The robe was lovely and soft the slippers made it easier to walk instead of worrying about slipping they even gave you a nicer towel and to top it off they have GHD hairdryer and straighteners available to use after. Everywhere was very clean too. Will definitely recommend the spa to others.

    The hotel room was spacious and comfy. The food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was delicious. The spa was okay - only thing that let it down was that the general tidiness was quite poor. Lots of empty cups and glasses left around.

    Hi, the jacuzzi wasn't working plus there were several cocktails and menu choices that weren't available on the day, which was disappointing.

    Customer service was generally poor. There was very rarely anyone at the spa front desk and staff weren’t particularly knowledgeable or friendly when they were there. The massage was terrible. Complete waste of 50 minutes and money. It is literally the worst massage I’ve ever had. The shower was lukewarm (with extractor fans above the shower completely called in dust) and glasses were left stacked on tables in the pool area. I wouldn’t go back again or recommend.
