    Our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing which is what we needed. We did book in for a treatment within the dual treatment room however the hot tub had also been booked to another guest so we had to have single treatment rooms. The food tasted great I just think there could have been more choice for evening meal,breakfast was lovely

    The overall experience was lovely, hotel room was very clean, very comfortable, shower was lovely. The hotel itself could do with an upgrade, it’s very dark in its colour scheme, a lot of the woodwork is in mahogany colours which gives an outdated feel. The food was overall lovely, my only complaint was how slow the waitresses/waiters catered to you, it took almost 2 hours (from start to finish with the bill) to finish a one course meal. The spa facilities were clean and lovely, the staff were lovely. The room offered room service, however when we tried to call the number we were given, the number was out of service, so we could not have room service. But otherwise it was a lovely spa, and a lovely overall experience. I would definitely go again.

    A lovely day. Fab facial and super lovely staff who were very attentive. Lunch was really tasty too. Would definitely recommend!
