Exceptional spa featureThe nail bar. To be honest, the whole spa is a feast for the senses, but the nail bar has a sociable vibe so if you’re visiting with a friend or your mum you should absolutely have manicures together.

- I did not use all of the facilities on my trip so my ratings are based on those I did use. The spa was clean, tranquil and welcoming. The staff were very pleasant and nice. I was offered tea upon arrival and the opportunity to change into a robe and slippers. I waited with my tea in the relaxation room until the time of my treatment. My treatment itself was absolutely lovely. Initially the therapist explained what it included and spoke to me about it and she then carried out the treatment which she did excellently. When the treatment was over I went back to the relaxation room and had more tea. Before I left I was given a gift of various Temple Spa products in a lovely tin which was unexpected.
- My Spa afternoon at Ham yard Hotel was divine. The restaurant is a pleasure to be in and the lunch was delicious. The spa is luxurious and very private. Maddie gave me a fabulous massage and facial. I'll go back!
- Set in the beautiful Hamard hotel, the service was excellent. I really great package for a special occasion. Really enjoyed our treatments which were excellent. There isn’t a swimming pool, but we did not miss it and this was the perfect city spa break

- Was a good experience felt pampered and the staff at the restaurant were all great! Although I was asked in the questionnaire what type of pressure I prefer for the massage and I opted for hard/firm pressure the treatment I received was no where near firm. It was just relaxing nothing special.
