On arrival we weren’t really explained or shown where the facilities were.. We have attended several spa experience and most likely wouldn’t return. This was a gift for a 16th and my mothers birthday… The pool was really cold, as was the jacuzzi… It’s over crowded on arrival there isn’t enough loungers.. it’s not really a relaxing experience having to sit on a garden plastic chair. The facilities are limited when paying similar prices to other spas. The relaxation room isn’t relaxing. There loud public and loud staff next door. The spa treatment we upgraded and honestly it was quite good. We both didn’t receive our full time allocated though. The food provided was really nice and good value for money. It wasn’t a terrible experience but wasn’t great or value for money either. We wouldn’t return and pay for the same package

    Very Good
We arrived at 11.0 and managed to get into our room immediately the staff on reception were polite and friendly and the spa reception too. Treatments were relaxing and apart from the girls not introducing themselves we enjoyed it very much. The light lunch and breakfast weren’t great but the evening meal we paid for was good , drinks were a bit pricey
