- Excellent experience 👌 I have been using this website for years and have never faced any problems! Easy to book, friendly customer service staff who answer all your questions on the telephone in great detail, a reminder text is also sent outlining your itinerary on the day, which is super professional in my opinion, just a very smooth customer journey with several superb cost-effective spa deals which I would urge all customers to make use of. If you’re looking to book a spa, then spabreaks.com is the answer! I also loved my time at Sir Christopher Wren, a true 5* experience with no complaints! Will come again!
- I chose to have my nails painted as the treatment and was disappointed with the quality, there was an outside jacuzzi and a quiet relaxation room, I was expecting more. We had no guidance on when to arrive or when to book our afternoon tea in. Overall a nice afternoon but could have been better.
- I booked 2 mini indulgence for my friend and I. We both had the same facial, mine was very disappointing, lasted 20mn and while I had a mask on the young girl just stood there without giving a massage or anything whilst my friend had a scalp and neck massage. The spa itself is a disappointment too, just very small, no area to chill out, a coffee/tea machine rather than a cafe. We ended up shopping in Windsor instead. Then went back for our afternoon tea. That was also a let down. Soggy sandwiches, pastry far too sweet, waited 15mn before anyone gave us tea or water. The scones were amazing though, the only highlight of the day!
- Communication at arrival was non existent and the spa facilities were spa-rse to say the least. No explanation of where facilities were what was available, what was invluded nothing. Package included a glass of proseco which wasn't even offered (not required but not the point no refreshements offered or explained either). Treatment rooms and treatment staff the only plus point they were lovely and the treatment excellent.
