Lowlights include, and are not limited to:
Difficult to find the SPA, poor signage especially at nighttime
Staff unavailable and unhelpful. One member at the desk sat on his phone and didn't make us feel welcome
No slippers provided despite being available
Gowns were too small, not alternative offered and of poor quality
Lockers didn't work in the men's changing rooms so valuables were left at the owners risk
No lockers available in the women's thus meaning I had to use the changing rooms/lockers belonging to staff
Volume of guests, in terms of the number of guests admitted and the noise levels said guests were making (for example 35 people counted int he outdoor pool at once)
No spa music or ambience
More of a "bar" culture, creating an environment similar to one of "Brits Abroad"
Water levels in the indoor hot-tub were low, thus meaning bubbles were produced ineffectively
Loungers around the pool facilities were filthy, unkempt
The Steam Room was covered in limescale, the floor covered in dirt, very little steam emitted
Black mold and damp on all the ceilings, especially those between the outdoor pool and indoor (near the "pews")
Lights surrounding the pool area were not working
Cables hanging down around the indoor pool area; thus posing a great health and safety risk
The entire spa rea looked like a building site, inclusive of furniture just thrown under stairways in the bar area
Tables in the bar area (and seats) were filthy
One Jacuzzi was out of commission and therefore unable to be used
General cleanliness of the spa was incredibly poor. Lacked any consideration for sound hygiene. As a result I drove home with wet hair and showered at home due to feeling dirty and concerned about the cleanliness of the showers, therefore not wishing to use them
Leftover drinks/glasses in men's showers in the changing room
No wet kit bags offered or available nor was there any drying facilities for swimsuits available, thus meaning having to carry wet shorts/costume home with us
