- Was very happy with the treatments. It was a very nice experience. The lady giving the treatment was very friendly and made me feel relaxed. I will be definitely booking up again
- The staff are friendly and the setting of the hotel is beautiful. The food and service were great. However, the pool area was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Cracked tiles, murky pool water, cold air flowing through windows that were hard to close and piles of dirty towels in the pool area and changing room. Dirty floor and no outside view.
- Nicky the spa therapist was amazing and catered to everyone. The spa is very basic but ok. Hot tub looked a bit dirty and could do with a clean.

- Didn’t know what to expect at first was very happy. The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The room was very clean. The only issue I have is the food menu for dinner there wasn’t a lot to choose from. Overall I had a lovely stay and would visit again
- The room was pleasant but did overlook a carpark and not the countryside as we’d hoped. Friendly staff and good food. The spa area was a HUGE disappointment. You cannot call this a spa break hotel with the spa facilities available.
- The rooms are not very clean but they are comfortable
