    This was me and my friend’s first visit to the spa at Balmer Lawn. I’m not sure on the therapist’s name but she was absolutely amazing. Me and my best friend went to Saltus Spa as an early 30th birthday celebration for my friend and we both really enjoyed it. We both said that it was the best massage we’ve ever had and we’d both go back again. Thank you so much!

    We had a very relaxing day, the sun was shining and the grounds are beautiful. The therapists gave us a very relaxing massage and this was followed by an extravagant afternoon tea. We look forward to returning.

    Absolutely loved our day. But disappointed with the pool area as lots of children using it, very loud, jumping in etc. Luckily this spa has the relaxation room. That area, the food, the treatments were lovely. Staff great. The only bit that let it down was the small Poole area spoilt by children. Had there been set times for children that would be perfect.

    We had a lovely spa day at Saltus Spa for my mums birthday. The only negative was when we were waiting in the spa reception for a while before someone come to see us and the first thing that was said to us was to keep the noise down. There was only 3 of us having a normal convo. It wasnt the warmest welcome but the rest of the visit was very nice. Lovely setting, staff, spa and food. Definetly recommend.
